Procedure

Meeting

At the first meeting we want a clear picture of your company needs and your communication desires. Depending on your (product) wishes, there are questions like: What functionality and appearance are expected? Who are your customers? What is the goal you have in mind? We also want to know in advance what kind of text and imagery materials you already have.

Offer

Following the first meeting we will make an offer with, depending on your wishes, an hourly rate or a fixed rate. We will also provide an estimated timetable. After your agreement, we will develop a draft to show to you as a first proposal.

Concept and correction rounds

A good concept is half the battle. That's why we like to show the first draft immediately, so that we know we have the same goal in mind. Depending on the job we will present this concept personally, send the artwork by mail to you or give you a test site where you can see the progress. After consultation and agreement on the draft there will be correction rounds (if neccessary). Additional removals and/or changes are always possible and will be processed. During the whole development we will keep in close contact to be sure that we deliver what you expect and you can have an active role in the ongoing project.

Acceptance

Only when you are satisfied are we satisfied! Depending on the project we will deliver the printed goods, mail you the final product in high resolution or put your final website online.

Continuity

If you have any questions or remarks after delivery we will listen to you and assist you where we can. We are also curious about your experiences and the reactions you receive from your customers. Thus we can give you even better service subsequently.
